About

Welcome to Brits in Toronto, voted “Best New Website 2013” by my mum. I’m a British bloke who moved to Toronto in 2000 and — although I miss England, friends and family — have built a brilliant life in Toronto.

I would like to now help others do the same, so created Brits in Toronto as a handy resource for the best pubs, curry, jobs and dental care in the city. All the good and the bad will be here, with a bit of personal opinion thrown in.

Always looking to connect with fellow Brits or hear about your recommendations for things to do in the city that might appeal to our fellow ex-pats.

This site is about the interesting things to do in Toronto that will appeal to Brits living here for a while, or just immigrating. I have built some good connections in the city and will be bending their ear for content for this website … with some other cool stuff thrown in for good measure.

Send me a message at any time using the form below, or e-mail to britsintoronto AT gmail DOT COM. I will respond to all.

Cheers!
John AKA “British Bloke”
